Kate Lyman is here for the first of a two-part series to discuss Flexible Nutrition, or, how to find consistency over unrealistic perfectionism. How can you internalize your food plan and not feel restricted? How can you reach your goals but also eat the foods you want? Kate tells us there are no good foods or bad foods—simply foods that are more satiating, or fuller of processed calories, for example. So, can we have a better relationship with food, and therefore with ourselves? Kate will discuss flexible nutrition, plus tips to create consistency with habit creation.
