We’re joined today by Karen Mangum, MS, RDN, LD, to discuss Joyful Body Movement. She discusses the importance of showing up for ourselves. Many people are resistant to exercise, but by changing the narrative and calling it “joyful body movement,” we can get back to doing what we love for the sole purpose of moving our bodies. Karen also discusses the importance of finding motivation, meal planning, and staying inspired in the kitchen.

Not only is Karen a weight wellness coach with Wholist, but she also has over 30 years’ experience as a registered dietitian and has helped hundreds of clients make life-long changes in their health through evidence-based weight management principles.
